This site is a tribute to Jennifer Mann. She is much loved and will always be remembered.
We would like to say thank you to the Nurses and Doctors involved in Jen's care; without whom we would not have been able to support Jen in her wish to be cared for in her own home. To Julie Goodwin the Macmillan nurse, Sally Horton and her team of district and community nurses, the Doctors from Marie Curie, the care team and the sitters; all of you are very much appreciated and we will be forever grateful.
